Where We Ship

We ship to almost any countries worldwide. If you don't find your country in the list at checkout, please contact us and we will add rates for your country immediately.

Shipping Costs

We strive to provide top-notch service using a reliable, tracked express courier, which offers delivery times of 1-3 working days across most of Italy and 2-5 working days throughout Europe.

As rates change frequently, the exact shipping cost for your specific destination will be shown at checkout.

Free and Special Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders that include at least four coffee bags.

For specific European, Middle Eastern, and Asian destinations, as well as the US, we may offer discounted flat rates, and in some cases, free shipping for orders starting from 4+ bags. The exact quantity required to access the discounted rate is shown at checkout after you enter your shipping destination.

If a better rate is available for your specific destination by slightly increasing the number of coffee bags, it will be displayed at checkout (see picture below). You can then decide to take advantage of the better rate by adding more bags to your order.

Delivery at TNT/FedEx Locations & Lockers

We offer delivery to TNT/FedEx Locations or lockers in Italy.

In order to use this service, please select the TNT/FedEx locker or locations option at checkout and enter the address of the locker you wish to use instead of your own address (see image below).

If a better rate exists, it will be shown at checkout. In this example, a discounted rate is available for 4+ bags.

Other Terms and Conditions Related to Shipping

There are some explicit exclusion of our responsibility in regards to shipping, such as but not limited to: customs, duties and levies, wrong addresses and others. Kindly take a look to the full Terms and Conditions for more information.
