About the Coffee

Producer
Founded by Wubit Bekele, a university-educated coffee professional, Ephtah Specialty Coffee aims to transform the coffee industry by supporting women farmers. Their mission extends beyond commerce, focusing on sustainable supply chains and creating meaningful economic opportunities in coffee-growing communities.

Process
This extended natural process begins with carefully selected ripe cherries. Farmers float the cherries to remove defects, then spread them on raised drying beds under a specialized greenhouse roof. Over 20-25 days, workers meticulously turn the cherries, ensuring even drying and preserving the beans' inherent sweetness and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Indulge in a symphony of flavors: pple mingles with bright orange zest, complemented by gianduja undertones. A delicate floral essence provides an elegant finish, creating a round, sweet experience that embodies the warmth of the holiday season. Available in both filter and espresso roast profiles.
