Producer
Founded by an Italian immigrant family in 1976, Daterra (meaning "From the Earth") represents a multigenerational commitment to sustainable agriculture. The farm has dedicated a decade to ecosystem restoration, partnering with São Paulo State University to establish rigorous environmental standards and achieving multiple certifications, including Rainforest Alliance.

Process
The Bruzzi microlot employs a distinctive mixed processing method. Coffee cherries from Acaia and Mundo Novo varietals are processed using both natural (dried on the tree) and pulped (semi-washed) techniques. After initial processing, the beans are dried first on a traditional patio and then finished in a drum dryer, creating a unique flavor complexity.
