Producer
Established in 2022, the Bochesa Washing Station works closely with 823 local farmers, supporting agricultural innovation and community development. By providing seedlings and financial support, they empower farmers to cultivate high-quality coffee while maintaining sustainable agricultural practices.

Process
The washed processing method begins with careful cherry selection, followed by pulping to separate fruit from beans. After 12-16 hours of controlled fermentation, beans undergo a second washing and are meticulously dried on raised beds for 10-14 days, ensuring even moisture removal and preserving the coffee's delicate flavor profile.
